Screen Machine Translator — Account & Data Deletion Request Developer: RETRO FORGE If you use Screen Machine Translator and wish to permanently delete your account, token vault history, and associated profile data, you can do so at any time by following these steps: How to Request Account & Data Deletion: 1. In-App Deletion / Sign Out: - Open Screen Machine Translator on your phone. - Go to the Profile tab. - Tap Sign Out / Reset to disconnect your profile. 2. Direct Email Request: - Send an email to retroforge.dev@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". - Include your signed-in Google email address or User ID. Types of Data Deleted vs. Kept: • Permanently Deleted: Firebase User ID, Firestore user document (users/{uid}), country location record, token balances, and transaction logs are permanently erased from our database within 30 days. • Ephemeral Processing: Captured screen images are processed ephemerally in RAM during live OCR translation and are NEVER stored or archived on any server. • Data Retention Period: Account deletion requests sent via email are processed and purged within 30 days.
